Well, not forever..but for the next 9 weeks I AM DONE!
I have just completed my final shift before maternity leave (that still sounds weird to me) and now I am free! free!! free!!!
Don't get me wrong, I love my job and most of the people with it but it sure is a great feeling to know that I don't have to work for the next 9 weeks. It feels fan-freakin'-tastic!
Especially since today was an extra busy and annoying day.

Yes it was! I felt about 99.9% certain that at any given moment you were going to begin tearing out your (newly-shortened) hair and engaging in fisticuffs with the ABC machine...followed by a full-scale Joan Crawford-like storming out of the joint! (I was actually waiting for you to, so that I could join you in a show of unity...Sunday SUCKED!!!) Well glad you're getting away for the next 9 weeks even though we'll miss you like crazy!
Mahoney, I cannot WAIT!!! for your journey to begin and for you and Ryan and Nora to meet as one family, it's unbelievable, it's awesome, it's breath-taking, it's so super cool, and now I-I-I-I-I-I feel like crying just thinking about it! Have fun and don't forget your savory granola bars!
